Some of the limits of concrete

Limitations of concrete.

These methods have their disadvantages, of course. Potentially the biggest is that they are hard. If something glass falls, it will probably break, and you wouldn’t want to take a spill onto a decorated concrete surface, because it is still concrete. The addition or rugs, or carpets will give some padding, but they can be pretty costly. The other common complaint is that the floor is cold. Are you a little sensitive about walking on cold surfaces in the mornings? This may not be the way for you to go.

Another downside is the color can rarely be absolutely EXACTLY the same each time. And if you’re working with resurfacing a floor, whatever glue or residue from what was covering the floor may be difficult to remove and cost extra. While these have their downsides, the upsides do seem to outweigh them significantly, but you should always choose depending on your own needs.
